Caprese Salad

This vegan Caprese salad is a simple and refreshing dish that's perfect for summer. Made with fresh Swiss-sourced ingredients, this salad is a vegan twist on the classic Italian Caprese salad, which is traditionally made with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. Our version replaces the mozzarella with creamy avocado and adds a tangy balsamic vinaigrette for extra flavor.
