This already prepared pesto is made by Domenico out of Delémont. It is perfect for an easy pasta. To accompany this tasty pasta, today we have added a pepper and onion dish from the oven. Easy and fast!
Cut an place bellpeppers and red onion in the oven on a baking sheet at 200°C. Add oil, salt and pepper and mix it well. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. After 10 minutes start on the pasta.
Transfer the vegetables to a large serving bowl. Toss with lemonjuice and parsley. Serve together with the pasta.
For the Pasta Pesto
Cook the dinkel maccheroni for 6-7 minutes al dente, drain and mix with about 2-3 tbsp of the HappiePesto.

Pesto has a French relative ,pistou, a sauce typical from Marseille. However the French chef called Jean Baptiste Reboul who wrote first about it admitted later that pesto was first an invention of the Genovese.
