Happie
Ingredients
green beans
pear
1 spring onion
1 clove of garlic
lemon
jar of couscous
jar of almonds
cashews
nutritional yeast
½ clove of garlic
-
Happie Bouillon
Cashew cream
Happie Spices
Directions
Wash the pear, cut into fine slices, and grill in a frying pan for approx. 10 minutes, coated with a little oil. Optionally, fry in a grill pan.
Wash and trim the green beans, afterwards cut in half. Cut the spring onion into fine rings, and finely chop the garlic clove.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, sauté the garlic and spring onion for 1 minute, add beans, stir in and sauté for approx. 10 minutes with the lid closed. Stir in between.
In the meantime, bring 150 ml of water to a boil in a medium pot with a teaspoon of Happie bouillon powder from your jar. Once cooking, add the jar of couscous to the pot. Get the pot off the heat and leave with the lid closed for 5-8 minutes.
For the cashew cream, bring some water to boil and pour the boiling water over the cashews in a bowl so that they are just covered with water. Let stand briefly. In a blender cup, blend ½ a garlic clove, nutritional yeast flakes, and cashews with about half the water until creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Heat up a small frying pan on medium heat and roast the almonds from your jar for about 3-5 minutes.
Serve the couscous with the green beans mix on the plates. Add a bit of salt and pepper, optionally add some lemon juice. Top it with the cashew cream and roasted almonds. Enjoy your meal :)
